1. USTA KEBAB:





Usta Kebab is a middle eastern kebab restaurant located in DHA Phase 6.






It's nothing like our typical desi kebab restaurants, these are very different in both texture and flavor.  
They have their own signature sauces that are paired with their kebabs. It is a completely new addition to Karachi's food, a different variety that wasn't already present in the food market. This spot immediately became my new favorite as i tried something new and immediately liked it! 
If you're looking to try something new then this will be the perfect place to visit. I must mention they're pistachio icecream and cheesecake is too good to miss out on.


2. LANZHOU:





Lanzhou located in DHA Phase 6 is a famous Chinese noodle place.





I heard mixed reviews about lanzhou before visiting. But as soon as I tried their noodles myself i became sure that this was my new favorite comfort food spot. The noodles were served warm and soupy. They have both spicy and non-spicy options but they're best seller are the braised beef noodles. What's more interesting are how they freshly pull the noodles infront of you making your mouth drool, this place too is a must try.


3. KURLY KATCH:




Kurly Katch is a new cafe recently opened at Tipu Sultan known for it's vintage aesthetic and interesting menu. They specialize in making crispy spiral potatoes and combining them in dishes. The food is unique as well as the vibe and a good place to hangout. This may also enter you "where to next?" list.

DELICIOUSLY SPICY CHILLI FRIES

  MAKE THESE CHILLI FRIES FOR YOUR NEXT MOVIE NIGHT 😋 HERE'S HOW TO MAKE THEM: peel 4 potatoes and cut into fries - Add 1/2 cup corn flour - deep fry fries in a hot pan - fry until golden brown /crispy - Add 4 tbsp oil in a hot pan  - add 1tsp chopped garlic, sauté  - add 1 tbsp chopped green chilies  - add 3tbsp tomato puree  - add 3tbsp soya sauce  - add 5 tbsp chili sauce  - add 1 tbsp vinegar  - 2 tbsp ketchup  - add 1tsp red chili powder  - 1/2 tsp chili flakes  - 1/2 tsp salt - Add capsicum and onion  - add a little bit of corn flour slurry to make it thick  - Add fries in the pan  - add green onions and sesame seeds  -mix well and serve ENJOY! SPICY SOY NOODLES

 SPICY SOY NOODLES  These spicy soy noodles are perfect to fulfill your midnight cravings. They only require some basic ingredients to make the yummiest and quickest snack. HERE'S HOW TO MAKE THEM: INGREDIENTS : - 2 tbsp soya sauce - 1/4 tsp sesame seeds - 1 tsp brown sugar - 1 pinch salt - 2 tbsp oil - 1/2 tsp chopped garlic - 1/2 tsp chili flakes - 1/2 tsp chili powder - 1 pack instant noodles STEPS : ➡️ Add 2 tbsp soya sauce in a bowl, add 1/4 tsp sesame seeds, 1tsp brown sugar and a pinch of salt, set aside. ➡️ Add 2tbsp oil in a hot pan, add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp chili flakes and 1/2 tsp chili powder, cook for 45 seconds. ➡️ Add the oil into the soya sauce mixture. ➡️ Boil instant noodles and add the prepared mixture in it.              ENJOY! advertisment: Turn empty junk journal pages into creative spreads.
